Our values
Responsibility
We want the best for your children, just as we do for our own. This is why we take great care to ensure they are in good hands, and that all involved, the host family and au pair alike, are happy.
Reliability
We honour all placements accepted and undertake to monitor them throughout the au pair’s stay. Because each placement is unique, we customize our service and the assistance offered.
Attentiveness
We are attentive to the wishes and needs of both parties:
- when processing candidate’s applications,
- during the placement, to ensure it proceeds in the best way possible.
Availability
Our proximity means we are readily available. We also have a role as personal advisor to our clients.
Security
Hosting an "au pair" under the right conditions is a reassuring solution to your childcare problems: your children are cared for on a daily basis by someone you can trust, and who partakes fully in your family life.
Our philosophy
Mutual enrichment
Based on mutual gain, the decision to receive or become an au pair goes far beyond a simple solution to the problem of childcare or a desire to travel abroad. It is above all a fantastic cultural experience, for the au pair and for the host family alike.
Our proximity means less worries for you
Responsible, reliable and attentive to your needs, Solution Au Pair is the first au pair agency to set up north of Paris. This proximity is a valuable asset to the high quality service we offer our clients, in that we are always available to help if problems arise.
Networking to find the right combination
Solution Au Pair introduces young foreigners (between 18 and 29 years old) wishing to immerse themselves in French culture to families wishing to receive a young au pair. Thanks to its network of efficient partners all over the world, Solution Au Pair can also help young French people to find placements abroad.
Sringent selection procedure
Having themselves worked as or hosted au pairs before, Annie Labat and her team are particularly well placed to understand the needs and expectations of both parties.
The agency identifies the family’s needs and the expectations of the future au pairs and matches them up to offer the most appropriate placement. The family then receives a shortlist of 3 candidates with full details of each of these, including a résumé, letter of motivation (reasons for wanting to be an au pair, interests, etc.), previous experience in childcare, qualifications, references from previous employers, medical certificate…
As a guarantee of a successful placement, supported by a structured organization, Solution Au Pair pays particular attention to the attitude and professionalism of its au pair candidates and monitors their integration into their new environment.
Real assistance
With the help of its partners all over the world, Solution Au Pair provides assistance to the host families and au pairs in completing the necessary formalities with the local authorities.
We take our role as mediator very seriously and remain in contact with the host family and au pair throughout the latter’s stay. We can help in the event of conflict, failure to observe the placement agreement or simple personality clashes…
